Refunds and Exchanges

Please read the following terms and conditions CAREFULLY

Faulty or damaged 

Gray Arch Designs will only refund or exchange any faulty piece within 7 days of purchase or after receiving an online order. This applies to ALL SALES made at markets and online. Any broken or faulty items after this date will not be exchanged, refunded or replaced. It’s up to you the customer to take care of your items.
If your items are damaged during postage it will be replaced or refunded. However Gray Arch Designs needs to be advised within 7 days after receiving your order with photo proof. 

When dropped or stored incorrectly, the pieces may break or become damaged. Gray Arch Designs is not held responsible for any damages caused by mistreating your pieces. Please read the Care instructions page carefully.

Change of mind

Gray Arch Designs does NOT offer refunds or exchanges on 'Change of mind' or ‘I ordered the wrong one’. All sales are final. This includes sales made at markets and online.

On Sale

There is no exchanges or refunds on any sale items except if broken during transit. All orders on Sale items are final.

Buying handmade….

All my pieces are handmade, so there will be some differences in shape, colour and design. No exchanges or refunds will be given if you are unhappy with the quality or designs.
